ABOUT EMY
Hi! I’m Emy, a badass spiritual rebel + soul guide.
My journey started the moment I asked myself, “is this going to be my life for the next 50 years? How did I even get here?”
I made some meaningful strides in therapy, but that only helped to a point. I knew I needed to go deeper. I needed something that would account for my soul and spirit, and the pieces of myself I had lost over the years.
You may have felt something like this too. You wake up wondering, “where did I go, and where is the life that I know I’m meant to lead?”
That’s why I’m here. I’ve done the work, and now I help other women dive deep, identify and release the things that aren’t really you, and work on next-level healing and reclaiming of your true authentic self.
As a licensed therapist of many years I can see the places where traditional therapy falls short and can help you bridge the gap into deep transformational soul healing.
I live in St. Pete, Florida (though I’m a native Jersey girl, who still misses her pizza) and when I’m not out riding my motorcycle, I’m at home chilling with my husband, and our two cats, Cleo and Jellybean.
